First, a Call

An initial chat

We will start with a phone or online conversation - a free exploratorty chat.  You can ask me anything and I will start to understand your goals.

Next, Our Initial Consultation

Information sharing and learning

An intro to hypno.  This is an hour-long session which can be in person or online, whichever you prefer.  I will ask about your goals and for some contact and background health information.  I will then explain in-depth how our minds create anxiety and why we constantly repeat unhelpful behaviours and thought patterns,  and how we will use this knowledge to achieve the positive states you are looking for.  This session will not include hypnosis, it is for information sharing and to help you start to understand the neuroscience behind our behaviours, and how hypnosis can help.

Our Sessions Together

Solution focused hypnotherapy and psychotherapy

Our sessions together will last an hour, either online or in person, and will combine therapeutic discussion and hypnosis. We will explore routes to achieve your objectives, whatever they may be.  Each session will end with a a relaxing session of hypnosis to cement your positive intentions, and help you visualise attaining your preferred future.  You will leave feeling alert yet calm.  During the week between our session your subconscious will continue to absorb your visualisations and access the resources you already have to enable the changes you want to make.

Many clients meet their goals within 8-12 sessions.  Treatment for a single phobia may require around 3-4 sessions.  A Stop Vaping/Smoking Session is a single session, lasting 2.5 hours.

Self-Hypnosis At Home

As you fall asleep

After our Initial Consultation I will give you a soothing and calming audio recording to use each night as you fall asleep.  This will relax you and start to shift your mental pathways.  It is important to keep listening to this as we continue our work together.  Repetition is key, the more frequently you listen the more quickly you will relax.  

 

You will find you sleep better and you thoughts will begin to shift.  You will be able to return to it whenever you need after our work together has ended.

Importantly...

Please remember, whilst the results of Hypnotherapy can often appear magical it is not like waving a magic wand.  Ultimately it is down to you to want to make the changes and be willing to engage in the therapeutic process. The treatment process is effectively a team effort and should be treated as such.  For this reason I cannot guarantee results.

To cancel or reschedule please try to contact me at least 24 hours before the session, otherwise the full price may be charged.  I realise this may not always be possible and will aim to be as flexible as I can be.
