I’m Jackie and I offer hypnotherapy in-person in SW19 and online from anywhere.

Thankfully we can use hypnotherapy to help you to overcome a variety of different issues and positively change your current mindset and allowing healing to take place. 

Hypnotherapy can be used to help people overcome many different problem areas in their lives including panic attacks, depression, fears and phobias, bad habits, IBS or IBD,  and weight management. Many of these conditions are a product of the high levels of stress and anxiety that are common in our modern-day society. Anxiety can easily be created as a result of the demands placed on us both at work and at home. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed, like we’re constantly trying to keep too many plates spinning and fearing the inevitable crash.

​There are many conditions that are either exacerbated by or are created as a direct result of having high anxiety levels. I have successfully helped people to overcome a wide range of anxiety-related conditions, examples such as sports performance, anger management, driving anxiety , panic attacks or life-phase changes, also specific conditions such as insomnia, IBS or IBD, and compulsive behaviours.

In-person in SW19

I am based in SW19, very easily accessible from the District Line (I am minutes from the tube station) and there is easy parking nearby. We can work together face to face in my comfortable consulting room. I will send you full location details when you book.

​Clients have also found working online really beneficial as it has meant that there is no need for them to make travel arrangements. It’s just one less thing to worry about. It also means that it can fit more easily into a busy day as you only need to schedule the therapy session without the need to include travel time on either side. Clients often book a meeting room in their workspace, enabling them to easily enjoy a hypnotherapy session around their working day.

If you would prefer to work online from the comfort and convenience of your own surroundings I will send you a Zoom link for each session. Zoom is free to use, all you need is a laptop, pc, tablet or smart-phone (I can help you with any set-up involved) and a quiet space where you are comfortable and will not be disturbed. Working online will save you travel time and cost and is as effective as in-person hypnotherapy.
